Adventures of a Wandering Thirtysomething

Spring has definitely arrived in the South. It actually arrived several weeks ago, but we've been so busy working on the yard that we haven't had time to blog about it.

With temperatures ranging from the 70s to 90s (yes, it was 90 last weekend!), and some seriously crazy storms, we haven't been missing the crummy Seattle weather one bit.

You may remember from previous photos, the backyard wasn't in the best shape. After hours and hours of work, it's starting to look a bit better. We have many years to go before it will finally be the garden oasis we envisioned, but it's a start.
